A passion for technology doesn’t mean much if you don’t know what to do with your concepts. Pulier says, “I quickly realized that the best ideas in the world are useless if you do not have a way to bring them to a large market.” Pulier used this line of thinking in order to focus on developing projects that he could bring to market out in Los Angeles. After graduating from Harvard Pulier would move to Los Angeles and start his first company in 1992.

Pulier came up in the industry in a different way than most new technological marketers. In 1994 he established his first huge company, Digital Evolution, and he had to approach marketing in a completely distinct way. Word of mouth, as it turns out, was the most important way to find a customer. Pulier says, “I credit much of my perseverance and positive outlook to the experiences I gained at such a young age in running that company.” Pulier goes on to explain that he was relatively lucky to end up finding success and thus profit rather early on into his career and that has opened many new doors for him.
